Custom Neon & LED Signs for Your Room

A neon or LED sign is one of the easiest ways to make a room feel like yours. A name, a phrase, a shape, a favorite quote — lit up and glowing on your wall, it does more to change the feel of a space than almost anything else you can hang. I design and build custom pieces specifically for bedrooms, home offices, gaming setups, and any personal space that could use a little more character.

Honestly? LED Is Usually the Right Call Here

I'll be straightforward with you: for a personal piece meant for a bedroom or home space, LED neon is usually the smarter choice, and I'll tell you that even though I love working in glass. It's more affordable, which matters for a piece that's often more about fun and personality than a permanent investment. It's also much safer to have in a bedroom — no glass to worry about breaking, no fragile tubing near a bed or a nightstand. If you're after that warm, glowing neon look without the cost or fragility of real glass, LED is genuinely the right answer for this use case, not just the cheaper one.

The Difference Real Design Makes

Here's what I think gets lost in a lot of "custom neon sign" shopping: most of what's out there is templated. Pick a font, pick a color, type your text, done. I approach a room piece the same way I approach any commissioned work — as a real design project, not a form to fill out. That means thinking about proportion, how the piece will actually look on your specific wall, how the color will read against your room's lighting, and whether your idea needs refining to actually look good lit up and glowing, not just look good as a sketch.

A well-designed piece looks intentional — like it was made for your space specifically. A lot of mass-produced signs, even custom ones from marketplace sellers, don't get that kind of attention. That's the difference real design experience makes.

What I Build for Home Spaces

  • Names and personalized phrases — a name, a favorite quote, an inside joke, built exactly the way you picture it

  • Custom shapes and icons — beyond text, genuine custom shapes and illustrations lit up in neon

  • Gaming and streaming setups — a signature piece for a desk or background that's become a real trend for a reason

  • Home bars and lounges — a fun, personality-driven piece for entertaining spaces

  • Nurseries and kids' rooms — soft, warm lighting with a personal touch

Affordable, Without Looking Cheap

A custom LED piece for a room doesn't have to be a huge investment, and it doesn't have to look like a mass-produced dorm-room sign either. My goal with every room piece is the same as my goal with a high-end commercial commission: make it look genuinely designed, not templated — just at a scale and price point that makes sense for a personal space.

How It Works

  1. Tell me your idea — a phrase, a name, a shape, or just a vibe you're going for

  2. Design — I'll turn it into something that actually looks good lit up, adjusting proportion and layout as needed

  3. Color and size confirmation — so there are no surprises before anything is built

  4. Delivery — ready to hang and plug in

Have an idea for your room? Tell me about it and I'll help you design something that actually looks like it belongs there.
